Will never use him again! It was a nightmare!

Charlie installed a bathroom fan in my rental property. He would not put the duct in and his friend who he said could put the duct in wouldn't return my calls. I tried to reschedule the install until after I got the duct installed but Charlie got upset so I ended up having to let him fan with no duct. His friend finally installed the duct a week later. Charlie charged me an additional $75 for mileage which was not on his initial quote, even though I told him where the house was. But I let it go. I don't live in the area so I told Charlie to email me the invoice so I could send his payment faster. But just a few days after sending me the invoice, he sent me a very rude text message claiming I had no intention of paying him. Luckily I had proof from my bank that the check was mailed to him since I had them send the check directly. When I sent him proof of payment he did not answer my call or email, not so much as an apology. I will not be doing business with Charlie again.

Charlie is friendly, professional, and trustworthy. He did a great job installing an exhaust fan in my bathroom and explaining to me how things worked as he went along. I would definitely recommend him for your electrical needs.
