THE OWNER IS HONESTLY MENTALLY UNSTABLE ALONG WITH HER STAFF/DAUGHTERS. Without effort she will tell you that she is on me D's for her illness. Her place is beyond filthy and is based on her ideal visual set up it is obvious the children in her care is not gaining any structure or educational gains. I was dissatisfied with what I saw from the looks of the outside play area and when I walked in the door just the stench alone made my skin crawl. TheRe were toddlers playing with potential choke hazards. The young lady who owned the place prior to Oma's was who I was looking for only if she could see it now WHAT A MESS! It's obviously about money for that lady not the children! Whose her licensor by the way?
