I was quoted $60 for alterations on my wedding gown.When it was time to pay it suddenly more than doubled .The dress was hemmed several inches too short and it was cut that length not just hemmed. The hand beaded pattern was cut throughThe seems were pulled crooked and the top of the dress was still several sizes too big There was a lip stick stain that was no there when I dropped it off on the left breast of the dress and I was left two weeks before the wedding with no dress and no compensation and no apology.

My daughter had her university choir dress cleaned at New Era and was charged $26.50 + tax for the cleaning! This dress is floor length, but is very a very simple short-sleeve dress. My dry cleaner here in Lake Oswego, OR charged me $11.95 the last time he cleaned the dress (and if you know anything about Lake Oswego, you know things aren't cheap here)! He said the most he would charge for a beaded, more formal gown would be $15. I had to put three calls into the owner, Jeanie, because she wouldn't call me back. When I finally got ahold of her, she wouldn't budge and said maybe my dry cleaner isn't paying his employees appropriately. WHAT???!!! DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER unless you want to leave thinking you've been totally robbed. Plus they simply aren't nice there - we will never use them again.

I recently sent them my coat to dry clean and repair. It was returned with the fabric dull. The metal finish on the belt and sleeves ruined. And they repaired the pocket with the seam facing into the pocket!

Fast and excellent work -- can't go wrong here! Hemming pants is better left to the professionals, and they did a great job on slacks and jeans.
