Provided by YP.comThe administraton in this office is incompetent. I had to pay for a mistake that they made. I had called to cancel an appointment but was charged the full amount instead of 50% of the service b/c they claimed that they had no documentation that I called. They said there is nothing else that they could do for me. So I am out $80.00 for a service that I did not receive.
