If you're looking for an honest, no bull, reasonable restoration company, I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Catastrophe & Restoration. They went above and beyond for us. We had damage like so many in the terrible Boulder floods and we didn't know when we'd get a call back from the overloaded local companies. RMC&T helped us even though they had their hands full and it was getting late in the evening. They worked hard and seemed to look out for our best interests, understanding that we weren't insured. They removed the last of the fans today and we would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Answering a call to deal with a flood situation - they were fantastic !! Their response to an urgent call was amazing.They took charge of the situation and behaved very professionally. I was not available and they dealt directly with the insurance company- which was great.! They were very thorough in their work and the end result was that we were completely satisfied. A very happy experience.

We had a pipe freeze and burst in our second home in the mountains. Our management company contacted RMC and they worked with us to get our home fixed and back to pre-flood condiditon. It was complicated because it was during Christmas and we wanted to be able to have our planned renters be able to stay. They were fast and efficient and we were able to get the renters in on time. In addition, they followed thru with all the needed repairs and took care of any issues in a timely, professional, curtious, friendly manner. We are particular and wanted certain repairs done certain ways and they exceeded our expectations. You cannot tell what they repaired and the house looks great. I would not hesitate to use them in the future and I know our management company highly recommends the crew at RMC also. Thanks so much for helping us out!!

We contacted Rocky Mountain Catastrophe to help us restore our vacation home, after a water heater leak. Initially, RMCAT were very responsive and professional. However, as the project progressed their professionalism, follow-up, and quality of work diminished significantly. In short, they were quick and efficient at handling the initial catastrophe (mitigation), but I would NOT RECOMMEND them to do any kind of restoration work; especially if you are not on site to manage the project yourself. A subpar experience all the way around!

I had an emergency - sewage in my basement - yuck! I called Rocky Mountain Catastrophe and never had to worry about it again. They worked directly with my insurance company. This meant alot since I was displaced from my home for a short time. What I am most pleased with a year later is they were very thorough in the clean up. I have a nice and relatively new home. I am at ease knowing the job was cleaned up in it's entirety, no mold issues, no sewage issues, etc... As a bonus - they used chemicals that were environmentally friendly and actually work. I have kids and pets and I am a bit anxious about harsh chemicals.
