The owner was seriously the RUDEST woman I ever seen in my life!!!! I will never as so much even look at that place when I go walk by it! My nails lifted real bad within a few days of having my nails done and all I wanted was a little fill on 2 corners of my nails.. THAT'S ALL!! She brought 2 girls over to me so I could point out what one did my nails (very akward that was) I couldn't remember who did them. She told me it would cost $5. I asked her how come I was even being charged, she told me they only guarantee 2 days! She only stands behind her work for 2 days. What a shame! Keep in mind that I brought my daughter in there as this was going on and my daughter was having her nails painted that ended up chipping off 2 days later (go figure) The owner did nothing but argue with me and treat me horribly, she would rather stand there and treat her customers poorly than to comp $5. Customer service is a joke to that woman. Not to mention she dresses like a street walker! Keep it classy!
