Dan Hill and his son at kingdom hardwoods take your money and do not complete the service. Had service done mid October 2018 it’s now mid November and still not complete.I put hardwoods on stairs and they lack stain, tons of nail showing, cut treads uneven then caulked sides and made a huge mess. I have burn marks in my floors from them sanding and they put this horrible unmatching puddy in it, under stain has hardwood dust and anything else left behind, outside edges of rooms are very rough, they where supposed to pull up some damaged hardwoods near my slider they did not and took the wood I payed for. Came back once to fix instead of fixing with satin finish fixed with a shiny finish so now my floors are finished with 2 different stains. Have left so many messages they do not answer phone or when they do they give you a time and never show up. Dan says he is a perfectionist and wants everything done perfectly. He is the complete opposite. Wants money up front learn from my mistake never pay until job is at your complete satisfaction. See so many people complaining about the same things wish I saw reviews and saved my self a complete headache and unfinished mess.
