Everything at Dominick's is absolutely excellent!!

Great food (not gourmet) - but hearty delicious comfort food! The baked cavatelli are my favorite and I always take 1/2 home for lunch the next day. I also LOVE the desserts and the chicken Caesar salad. Best is that I can afford to take my family there without using my entire pay check!

my wife and family have been going there for many yrs live in Vegas now,but always go to Dominic's when we get back to Syracuse.we have eaten italian restaurants here in las vegas,(none) compare with the (our favoriteChicken Parm,snf the best salad dressings,and italian bread ,nothing here compares,even the most expensive rest. here in vegas,go there you will enjoy a great italian feast..They also have killer desserts

Today, 11-12-11, my family decided to eat at Domick's Restaraurant and will likely never return again. The service was exceptionally slow. After taking over 35 minutes to bring our drink order, our waiteress decided to take our meal order, and we then waited another hour to receive our food. During this time we watched three different tables arrive after us, receive drinks, bread & salad, and their meal and then leave BEFORE we even recieved our food. Our table didn't even get the standard bread at the table until an hour into our visit. We found it strange that our meal order wasn't taken during the drink order and that's where one of the errors lie. She had trouble remembering things we ordered and worse she never checked in with us throught out the meal. Several times we had to go to the kitchen area to personally ask for items for our table. By the time we got our meal most of us were no longer hungry. I had to clear my own table of dishes and get our own to go boxes! Never again.

My first visit tonight, had Stephanie for a waitress. The food was delicious!! The atmosphere was fun and the service was great!! A new favorite of mine.

I have been eating here for years and the food is always delicious!! The wait staff is very friendly and helpful. I have also ordered their homemade pies and cakes for the holidays and they are always wonderful. They have absolutely the BEST carrot cake in Syracuse!!

Dominicks is a Syracuse Institution - large portions of Italian Food at decent prices. The food is good, but nothing to write home about. You'll enjoy it if you're not looking for exploratory and adventurous cuisine. Great desserts, though - a wide variety of pastries and pies baked in house.

I make Dominick's a stop whenever I am in the city shopping. They have great lunch specials weekdays and the best meatball-parm sub with cherry peppers anywhere! Every Monday is Prime Rib lunch, $8 for lunch size, $12 for the queen size w/2 sides. Best prime rib in town!!! .Great service too! Awesome MILE-HIGH pies! Their house Italian salad is superb, served with Italian bread and butter. I LOVE their baked Ziti casserole loaded with goey mozzeralla, meatball & sausage combo. You can barely eat it all! Since the complete remodeling years ago, its a truly must-go dining/and/or bar trip!

Great food, staff OK

My husband raved about their prime rib for weeks! The chicken parm was also very good. The restaurant seemed very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Despite being busy on our Saturday visit, the service was above standard. We will definitely visit again.

The food and service are always first-class. The recent renovations are beautiful! One of my favorites.
