Could tell the owner was an IT professional which put me at ease. Very professional, friendly and provides regular communication. Does not take actions without consent. The work was completed, my data was recovered and transferred to two new hard drives. Like of many of us, my laptop had my whole world tied into it ... and now I have it back.
