My husband and I only needed a storage unit for a week while we were waiting for our house to close escrow. They said that they have a one month minimum so we paid for a full month, but a few days after we moved out of our unit they called to find out if we had left so that they could re-rent our unit. So they basically got paid double for the same unit and would not credit us when they re-rented our unit. Very shady business practices. Go someplace else.

Was trying to use them but never could connect on-site - nobody works there?!?!

I highly recommend B&C Storage because they were so friendly and don't have a lot of extra charges like the larger chains do. The prices were really reasonable too. I am completely happy with the whole experience.
