I just returned from my cleaning and had to write to say THANK YOU to the entire staff. I have a genuine fear of the dentist office (from childhood) and each person at this office has gone to great lengths to help me overcome my fears. Thanks Jen and Denise for making me so comfortable.

Kim, the hygenist, is so gentle and thorough. I know my teeth are super clean and my gums are not torn to shreds.

Dr W is very nice too. We even had time to chat about March Madness a bit. Anything to keep me relaxed.

Also wanted to say, the renovations to the entire business are wonderful. Everything looks new and fresh.

I have to say, I love it that I never wait long to get into my appointment, which is terrific for my busy schedule. I feel like my time is as important as theirs. :)

I thought this place was surprisingly dirty and unprofessional. The dental assistant and dentist bickered and had tension between them that made me extremely uncomfortable while they were working on my filling. One of the two fillings they put on my teeth fell out the exact same day I got it. No joke, that is why I am filling this review out. I am also on medicaid and I feel like maybe that is why they didn't take much care in filling my cavity properly. After the dentist was finished, he told the assistant to "bill it right because It's medicaid"... what is that supposed to mean? They even left a giant cotton ball in my mouth and I had to spit it in the garbage on my way out of the room because they must have forgotten it in my mouth. They never offered me to rinse and spit, so I had to also use the rest room before I left to spit tooth debris left over in my mouth into the sink. I will never go back to this place, even if I am on medicaid and have to pay out of pocket.
