Terrible service. I ordered and received (late) a single custom T-shirt. It looked great, except there was a hole in it, right where the print was. I noticed it immediately, and was baffled as to how a professional printer would've missed it. I contacted them with a picture of the hole in the shirt, asking for another to be made, even offering to pay for it, and they said they would get right on it. No big deal. After TWO WEEKS, I hadn't heard a reply, so I emailed them. Waited ANOTHER TWO WEEKS without hearing anything, so I emailed them again, asking if I should make other arrangements to have the shirt made. I actually received a reply this time, apologizing, saying they would have it for me ASAP. That was on June 12 - it is now July 21 and I have not heard anything from them since. Absolutely abhorrent customer service- take your business somewhere else.
