Rude, incompetent. Spoke to me in the most degrading, insulting manner. Sat on my return without explanation for over three weeks. Called to ask the same questions week after week. When I asked how much more time did they needed, I was rudely told they had others to do. When I objected I was asked, "Who messed it up in the first place?!" Rodney was extremely obnoxious: others merely incompetent. When I told him I was quoted $50-75 for an amended tax return, he scoffed and said, "No Way!" He ended up telling me to come get my paperwork. Can't believe this outfit is associated with Jackson-Hewitt,
