I walked into Pizza Hut to buy a Pizza in the evening time at the Glenoaks Blvd Pizza Hut in Sylmar. I made a purchase for one large Pizza, the young female Employee said your order will be ready in Ten Minutes. There was three Employees there, one male that was just sitting around at the tables playing games on a portable iPod texting while the other two females Employee's were doing something. The one female that was preparing the Pizza was also Mopping the floors being the Cook and a unsanitary Janitor with a filthy dirty mop with dirty scummy greasy black water in the food preparing area and the cooking areas, she even was using the same greasy dirty mop water in the restrooms and also at the table areas were people eat. I was watching her the whole time while I was waiting for my order, then the other female Employee took over with the Janitorial work and she took the Mop and the Mop Bucket back into the food preparing area leaving it there. She Immediately walked back into the oven area shaking wet hands all over the floor dripping hands on the Pizza Cooking area floors and she walked right over to the oven then she got the Pizza with a scooper without putting gloves on with water dripping on my $16.00 Dollar Pizza. She got the Pizza and walked up to the front Ordering counter and she said here's your Pizza, she opened the box and I looked at it, it did not look all that good, I was disappointed of the appearance, and grossed out about the dripping hands I seen her dripping hands over my Pizza and of the thought of germs from dirty hands and contaminated Pizza and topping because of unsanitary conditions, plus it took closer to twenty minutes to receive, I took the Pizza with me and I decided to throw the whole Pizza away because I WAS GROSSED OUT! I should have asked for a refund, but I did not, That was by far the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been too, very filthy and unsanitary for a Pizza business open to the public, I don't want to go back there, try Papa John's Pizza, or some other place. A Janitor or Maintenance Person should be cleaning dirty floors, Not preparing or handling any food for the Public.
