I spent thousands there, Two brand new John Deeres, A new Still weed wacker, A new Troybilt 2 stage snow blower. All purchased over a 10 year time span. i got decent service on all those items. Then the nightmares began When I bought a new Cub Cadet GT-54 there three years ago, I started having PTO Belts break almost daily. At first I tried to get the belts from there parts dept And they sold me 2 that broke immediately after I put them on. So I go to the parts dept and insisted they research the belt part number. Sure enough it was a screw up in the catalog. So then I got the right belt,installed it and it lasted 2 days. I called them to pick up the tractor so there "expert service dept. could diagnose the problem, 2 days go by the grass is getting longer and longer, them I get an estimate to fix the mysterious belt breaking problem. $ 312. I get the tractor back and the belt breaks right away. So im out the cost of the replacement belts $100, their expert repair $312 , and the $75 pick up and deliver charge. I call to complain to Miss Finch (service manager) and was given a return back on my debit card of $125, better than nothing but very far from a fair resolution. Needless to say I will never ever go back there again. The only reason I give them 2 stars instead of 1 is at least they gave me some of my money back. Save yourself a lot of miseries and go elsewhere.
