Matthew Stark MS, RDN, LDN is the in-house dietitian at this store and covers the Peru, Illinois Hy-Vee location virtually.Matt received his Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Northern Illinois University in 2010. From there, he continued his education to obtain his Master of Science in Nutrition with the accompanying dietetic internship at Northern Illinois University; graduating in 2012. Matt is passionate about educating and enabling others to live healthier and happier lives using nutrition and lifestyle changes.
