I am very dissatisfied with them!!!!! I had placed an order for a dozen assorted colored roses on Valentines Day to be delivered to my wife at her work. I was already skeptical due to the high price from the get go, but I figured, it's Valentine's Day that was to be expected. They delivered a dozen red roses in error instead of the assorted colored roses which there is a very significant difference in price of. I found this out, went to my wife's work, picked up the mistaken order, and went to the flower store in person with the mistaken red roses, and they only offered to "fix" their mistake. One would think that they would offer some sort of refund, or at least let me keep the dozen red roses and then give me the proper order of the assorted colored roses. It's Valentines Day and it's the biggest flower day of the year, and they brushed me off like they didn't even care, and made me feel as if I was an inconvenience for them? I should never have had to go back to the store and get an order fixed that I paid money to have delivered. One pays for delivery to have the product they ordered delivered and it should be a done deal then and there. Ridiculous! Terrible business sense, and horrible customer service! Needless to say I feel ripped off, and my Valentine's Day is ruined compliments of them. The bottom line is unreliable service, over priced flowers, and you can do better anywhere else!

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN!



Absolutely rudest service ever!!



My father orders flowers from here for valentines day and they wilted with in a day and a half.



The owner then proceeded to not replace them and when I continued to question her if this was her business policy she HUNG UP ON ME.
