Sold me a used fridge, never worked. They serviced it 3 times then the warranty ran out and they told me they did me a courtesy last time they worked on it.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Bought refrigerator and only lasted for a week. It has been over 2 weeks and they have not came out to service it

Super clean appliances and they spent time with me to make sure I was getting the best deal possible for the money that I wanted to spend.

Bought a fridge (Samsung) for my mother for Christmas. Drove it 200+ miles to her house only to find out that the compressor doesn't turn on.

Brought it all the way back to the store and sure enough bill said "pick any unit to replace that one." So I picked out another (GE) and asked him 3 times... "so this one works no flaws and I won't have to bring it back?" And he said "Jay I promise you this one gets cold and stays cold. Everything works as it should!"

***Also, I noticed that the fridge i brought back was put back on the sale floor. I plugged it in when owner walked away to talk to other customer and it STILL DIDNT WORK!! Such a SCAM.***

Well I drove this GE fridge 200 miles to my mothers and sure enough it worked... for about 3 weeks. the fridge was not as nice as the first one but i figured it would work properly.

It is a used appliance store... and thats what you get is a USED appliance. Take this warning and dont get swindled into buying here.

I would rate them a ZERO. sell appliances that don't work then replace them with another appliance that doesn't work.. their "repair man" is a joke and couldn't screw in a light bulb if he wanted to. BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!! cash only too. ive already contacted the attorney general and am now contacting the better business bureau. I wonder if the IRS would like to know that they are probably not reporting there cash only business

Horrible we are on on 3rd stove from these people and the keep saying they're coming out to fix or they will call back and won't. I'm about to take legal action .

This company has bad appliances that don't work they sell broke down junk don't go here this is a joke and the warranty is not any good the junk I purchased never worked please never go there not worth the problems

The worse people who sell barely working appliances. They break down and when they fix them , they fix them with used parts that do not last. When you call them for a service call on a refridgerator no less, it will take them 5 days to get to you and then they have to order the part. You are without a fridge for almost 2 weeks. BAD BAD BAD DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

WORST APPLIANCE STORE! THEY ARE CROOKS, THEY ARE VERY DISORGANIZED & RUN A UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. Be sure to get the correct paper work as well as correct appliance you bought! They will give you the run around & put you off until you give up. I do not recommend.

I have to hand it to these guys they know what they're doing from treating the customer properly to knowing everything there is to know about each appliance! Even the delivery guys came out and did a real nice job for a reasonable price which I think isn't enough I gave these guys each a 20 dollar tip even though they never asked a penny more for the hardship they went through to get my 3 door fridge up three flights of stairs took out my door frame and put it back up 10/10 I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good used appliances for a really good price!!!!!

RIP OFF ALERT! I wish that I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. I purchased a stainless steel stove and refrigerator from this co. The stove did not work upon installation. By the time they came to repair the stove, the freezer did not work. Pauley said that the coolant must have leaked during transport and charged the coolant system. He could not repair the stove. Called almost daily for weeks on end and was told every time by Bill that they would call me back. Finally, Pauley came and picked up the stove and dropped off a broken down, dirty stove so that he could repair my stove. Months have gone by, never heard from these people. Decided to eat my losses. Now the refrigerator doesn't work. No repair place will fix it because they breached the enclosed system by charging it. These people are crooks. Have bought several appliances from them and if there are any problems they are easy to deal with . They are also very friendly .would recommend to anybody!!!

OMG, Wish I would have read this first. This has been a nightmare for me. They lie right to your face, bring filthy broken down appliances with leaks or just don't work. Their "tech" is a dimwitted goofus who couldn't fix a sandwich. They rewired the dryer and it exploded, shooting an ark across the room, blackening the washer, and throwing the breaker. They are cheats of the worst kind. I'm on my third set in two weeks, what a bunch of crooks.

STAY AWAY! Do not buy from these people. All they do is clean up trashed appliances, put them in your home and then drag their feet repairing or replacing them. Linda, who typically answers the phone there, is rude and could not care less if the appliance you bought has been broken more than it's been operational. It takes at LEAST 2 days for them to come out, even after having been out several times to 'fix' the problem. At one point, they tried to delay the so-called repair for a week. They will also lie and say they've called you and scheduled a repair when they didn't - (Linda's response when I told her I had received no such call: "Well Im just going to punch him in his head" - very professional!!)

You'd be better served by buying the cheapest new appliance you can find at a reputable retailer. I was trying to avoid doing that until after the holidays, but now I wish I had just gone ahead and spent the extra money.
