My wife and I have been shopping at this Kroger store almost daily for over 10 years, but will never set foot in this location again. After requesting help with self-checkout recently, the associate on duty Donna W. mumbled "stupid white girl" loud enough for her to hear. We reported this derogatory racist comment to both the store manager Wayne R. and the manager on duty at the time Roberto B. Two days later we've received no response, in fact Roberto was extremely rude during a follow-up phone conversation yesterday and literally called us both liars. Apparently this store does not value its customers as they seem to have no problem with anti-white racist behavior from their employees. I will never again spend one cent at any Kroger location after this incident.
