With Covid it is hard to find good help. Kroger has decided to take a bad situation and make it worse by putting a woman of complete ignorance and absent of any common sense or customer servic, behind the customer service counter. Nice job Kroger!!! I strongly urge you to save frustration by going to any other store than this Pick N Save.

Good store for selection. Some staff feel like they're doing you a favor by waiting on you. Customer Service Hours Suck. The store opens at 6am but if you want to buy a lottery ticket, too bad. You should waste more gas and go back. I don't think so. Other stores in the are have much earlier Customer Service Hours.

Pick and Save is a big chain but shopping at the Sussex Pick and Save is like shopping at a small town grocery store. The workers are so friendly and helpful and the selection is great. I would recommend this store to everybody!
