BUYER BEWARE! Although the employees in the surprise office are very friendly, trying to get your money back if you return hearing aids is another story. The refund has to be approved by the director in the main office. They say they will process within 30 days. HAHA I have been fighting with them for over 30 days and I finally had to file a dispute with my Credit Union. I think the hearing aids themselves would have worked well, however, my mom checked and she found the SAME EXACT hearing aids for almost $2,000 LESS. That's a lot of money, so be sure to check other sources! I am still fighting to get my refund, and in the meantime fees get added to my VISA charges. Gee you think Purtone will reimburse my fees!??! HAHA

This was my first experience in getting a hearing aid and I was very satisfied with the entire experience.
