I called this company a week ago and set up an appointment with "Don Wade" to come and fix my son's condo A/C. Don said he would come between 10-11 am. When on the appointed day Don didn't show up and didn't call, I called him myself. He said he didn't come because he was waiting for the "confirmation call" from me (???) Don would not listen, he quickly said, "I can't help you, look for someone else", and hang up on me. Don Wade is rude and unprofessional. I will never hire this company again.

Called this company because our air was not working. I spoke with a Don and he set up to come out that same day to see what the problem was. He found a leak in our outside unit and showed us where it was and lead us form there as to what we needed to. He gave options for us and once we chose the one that was right he repaired our unit. He also cleaned our unit and explained the importance of taking care of our a/c and it would last. Once all was fixed he offered us a free service plan to help with taking care of our system and us. We really learned from them and feel we are in good hands with this company. They went above and beyond what we expected for the service needed. DL

I am writing this letter on behalf of Don Wade of Pro Solutions Air. The HVAC system in my house had stopped working for several days with the outside temperatures in the mid 100. I didn’t know who to call as I wanted to work with a company that I could trust that would not rip me off since my wife and I both suffer from disabilities and live on a fixed income having limited financial means. So I mentioned my problem to a friend from church and he referred me to Don of Pro Air Solutions assuring me that Don would take good care of my needs. Upon calling Don on his mbl phone I was able to speak with him immediately, explained the situation with my A/C and my limitations on what I could afford to pay. Don made a commitment to give me a very fair price for his services rendered and though he was across town on an all-day-job that he would be at my house before the end of the day.



Within an hour after speaking to Don, his wife showed up at my house with a portable cooler for my wife and I to use until her husband was able to come to the house and fix the problem with my A/C. Don arrived at my house in the early evening, worked for close to 2 hours on my roof while using a flashlight and got my A/C working properly again. The inside temperature of my house almost immediately began to drop from 90 to cool off my wife and myself.



The reason I am writing this letter is because my friend was absolutely right, Don went the extra mile to take care of my A/C problems, and to do so efficiently and responsibly. My wife and I were so impressed with his honesty and professionalism to not only repair our air conditioning system but to honor the price that he agreed to charge us even before completing the repair. We were also equally impressed at the compassion and sensitivity that both he and his wife showed to us in our time of need. I told Don that I would not hesitate to tell all of my family and friends of how thankful I am to discover that there is still someone like Don Wade out there that provides professionalism, courtesy, honesty, and integrity in how he goes about conducting his business with his customers! My wife and I certainly feel we have been blessed by this experience with Don and his wife.
