Awesome gym! Great atmosphere, classes and staff. The gym is always clean which is great as well. I would definetly recommend this gym to all my friends.

I love taking the noon classes at this gym, it helps me get through my day. The high energy classes, to the staff who are always very welcoming. Not to mention the gym is very clean which is a plus. Thanks knockout for being a part of my everyday.

Great gym and great workout. Instructors are very nice and helpful. I was intimidated at first but quickly came to realize this was exactly what I needed. I love telling people I work out at Knockout Fitness and have learned a thing or two about boxing.

Been a member for over 6 months now and let be the first to tell you that I haven't ever had so much fun losing weight! The entire staff is incredible from the moment you walk in you get greeted with a smile and actually make you want to be there, not like other gyms that don't even know who you are. So don't believe all the other people and go experience the workout it will blow you away!!!

Knockout fitness completely sucks! I wouldn't recommend that place to anybody! All the coaches there are jerks,, and from what I see their not even qualified to teach martial arts. The head jiu-jitsu coach is only a blue belt and the assitant jiu-jitsu coach is only a yellow belt.I would think that if knockout fitness is teaching a complicated martial art like jiu-jitsu that they should have BLACK BELTS teaching it, not a blue belt or a yellow belt. I also witnessed a boxing instructor beating up a student for not learning fast enough and then he yelled at the student to get out of his class. I didn't like what I saw and I took my business elsewhere.
