This is the Best food in surfside!! Gotta come for the dogs and Italian food as well!

I JUST RETURN FROM A VACATION ON MYRTLE BEACH.WHILE WE WE'RE THERE WE STOPPED AT JOEY'S AND HAD THE BEST HOT DOGS. MY DAUGHTER LOVED HAVING HER FOOD SERVED IN A DOG BOWL. EVERYBODY WAS NICE, AND THE FOOD WAS GREAT. I HOPE TO VISIT THERE THE NEXT TRIP.

Check out the cool hotdog restaurant in the PALMETTO PLAZA called: "JOEY DOGGS". They serve up the specials in neat dog bowls and the food is INCREDIBLE AND FRESH !!! This is NOT your AVERAGE hotdog restaurant !! The owner has done a fantastic job with the decor and the menu. ASK FOR JOE and he'll treat you BETTER THAN A DOG :) The area is right beside Old Time Pottery. (Oh and yeah, there is a great neighborhood/type bar/restaurant located behind the Joey Dogg's restaurant called: "DR.INKS" and they serve up daily drink and food specials.)

My wife and I ate lunch here on Friday and I had a Italian sausage dog and Fries, She had a hot dog and onion rings. Everything was excellent. The fries are fresh cut and are delicious. Everything was so good, we went back on Saturday and ate burgers for lunch. Again, everything was great. We are looking forward to trying out the Steak special and also the Thursday night Chicken and Waffles. I do not think you will find a cleaner restaurant than Joey Doggs. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained.
