They are pathetic. They don't stand by their product and have no consideration for the customer. They won't help you when you need it, they'll treat you like dirt, and they don't care. Never buy a car from these people. Go to Land Rover Denver East or South. Flatirons is the worst sales and service organization I've ever dealt with. Don't buy, you'll regret it.

I'm always impressed by how courteous and friendly the service personnel are at Land Rover Flatirons. They are very easy to work with and make the process smooth. I'd recommend to others using Land Rover Flatirons.

HORRIBLE service. Yes, they are nice when you are buying a car, but after that forget it. It took them several times to fix each problem I had with my vehicle. It is extremely frustrating and they are unwilling to work with you even though they admit to making a mistake. They have a "it's not our problem" attitude. They just don't care.

Very poor service in the service department. I had my range rover fixed and the next time I drove it, the very same thing broke. I left a voice mail after hours and never got a call back. Once I was able to get ahold of the same technician that was so friendly the first time, it felt as though I was talking to a different person. I was given rudeness, lack of empathy, no remorse, no accountability and an I told you so lecture. He was so friendly when I was paying for my services and so rude when I encountered a problem with the same issue.
