Awesome food, horrible service. Party of 6 and had to wait an hour for our food. After waiting for hour, we only received part of our order. I had to tell them we were still missing 2 orders.

While in line to ask about our food. The lady in front of me (she was already sitting down when we arrived) was asking about her order. The cashier told her that her order went missing. If she wanted the food, it would be additional 15 mins. Needless to say, she asked for a refund. Not less than 30 minutes after the refunded customer left, I hear the employees laughing and making disrespectful comments about her.

While the food is awesome, the service we received today will keep us from going back.
