My main goal for 2016 is owning real estate in South Florida, and a few months ago, I began searching for properties in this area. After a bizarre phone call to the sales office, where I was put on hold, and then hung up (I THINK by accident), I made an appointment to see Turnberry Ocean. Well, maybe I should have kept my instinct, because the woman that gave me the tour, I believe her name was Marina Shulgar?, was a very cold, unpleasant, unlikeable person.... strange for a sales representative. She didn't seem to take me seriously. I felt very unwelcome there, so I looked elsewhere.



Well, I'm happy to report that I have finally purchased my beach condo at a nearby property, and got a much better deal than what Turnberry Ocean offered, for the same quality.



So here's to good instincts!
