Provided by YP.comI brought in my girlfriends laptop and James informed me that there was a problem with the hard drive and that I should get it replaced. Within a week my phone rang and I was able to come and pick up my next to new laptop. And it ran better than ever. He cleaned it and everything. Thanks James for everything.
