I also saw the chef pick up 3 orders of french fries with his bare hands and place it in the to go boxes. gross!!!!!!! Where is the health dept. when you need them?

My family had dinner tonight at Cocos in Sunland. My husband was almost finished with his dinner when he found a long black hair in his mashed potatoes. This wouldn't have been a big concern if we weren't all blondes. But yes we are all blondes and none of us have long black hair. We brought it to the waitress's attention, and showed her the hair. She apologized and said she would let the manager know. We were then given the bill only to find out that the manager hadn't done anything to make it right. He hadn't even come to the table to apologize, he didn't comp my husband's dinner, or even offer us a slice of pie. When we brought it to Robert's attention ( the manager that was on duty) and asked him why he chose to handle it in this way, his only response was that no one in the kitchen has long black hair and that he wouldn't be doing anything for our family. Its sad, they would rather lose $120.00 business in a month over apologizing or giving a piece of pie to a family. We will never go back there and you shouldn't either!
