I recently had the pleasure of working with Coastal Wood Flooring & Supplies Inc for a flooring project in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service.

Coastal & Ralph are awesome. We shopped around at several places: Van Nuys, Anaheim & North Hollywood. Coastal had a fantastic selection to choose from and they were very, very competitive. Ultimately, we purchased the 3400 sq ft of new wood floors in our remodel from them. BONUS points - a small problem resulted when we ordered additional flooring and our installer (not from Coastal) installed without noticing color inconsistency. Ralph went to bat for us with manufacturer on defective batch and could not have been happier with the outcome, thanks to his advocacy. Very happy with service. Highly recommend.

My Brother had recommended me to see Ralph at Coastal Wood Flooring, for my living room renovation. I've been to a few difference places for hardwood and installation and each place had quoted me a ridiculous price for average (if that) quality hardwood. Ralph not only provided me with top quality hardwood at a great price but also provided me with excellent service. He was very patient and helpful in finding the color and finished I had in mind, which no one else was able to do. If you’re in the market for hardwood look no further and go to Coastal Wood Flooring, selections are plentiful, service is top notch, and prices are unbeatable. Skip the middle man that will up charge you and go directly where they purchase. Needless to say, next time I need hardwood I know where I’ll be going.

My wife and I spent weeks looking for a reliable floor resource. When a friend recommended Coastal, we decided to check it out. Consistent with our friends recommendation, we were not disappointed as their selection was bigger than other place in the San Fernando Valley. The main difference between them and their competition is not only the price, but you are treated as a friend and not just someone they will make money off of. We are extremely happy with the results and would not hesitate to use them again.

Ralph did a great job helping us find the right wood floor for us. His prices were very very competitive. His word on when the wood would arrive was perfect. His advice on all aspects of our wood flooring was valuable. Great experience. Honest person.

I am really happy that my friend reffered me to Coastal Wood Flooring, I do a lot of construction work in Orange County, and they have nothing like Coastal down there. I was really tired of overpaying on the hardwood flooring, especially when the flooring stage for GC's are at the very end, when the budget for the project is all tapped out. Not only was I really impressed with the huge selection but of course the prices were fantastic and I am now able to provide my customers with amazing floors and still be in their budget. A must to check out!!!

The prices and customer service at Coastal are amazing! They had the lowest price on my hardwood of any of the other quotes that I had received.



Also, Ralph could not have been more helpful. He really went out of his way to help me. My installer ran across a few issues and Ralph pulled out all the stops to get me what I needed in a timely fashion.

You won't find better service or selection of hardwood flooring in all of LA. I was very impressed with the many types of flooring colors and styles available and was even more impressed on how much LESS expensive everything was than Home Depot.

Having looked at various places throughout Los Angeles I found Costal Wood to have the best selection, quality, and pricing for hardwood flooring. I am extremely pleased with how the installed floor looks and feel. I've done many flooring installations and by far their products are second to none. Probably the highest quality you can get for the price. Customer service is also terrific. They're highly professional and never pushy. I definitely recommend Coastal Wood Floorin for anyone looking for GREAT SELECTIONS of wood floor, TOP NOTCH-QUALITY service, and UNBEATABLE price. I came across Coastal Wood Flooring while doing some flooring research online. My husband and I drove to Sun Valley (an hour away) for other errands and decided to stop by the store to take a look at the flooring selection but the store has just closed. But Ralph was still there so he let us in. He was very patience and didn’t mind at all. He showed us the show room and we fell in love with the one of the distressed engineer wood floor 6 ½ inch wide. I went back the second time for second look and made a decision to buy the wood floor we first fell in love with. I’m so glad I did cuz our wood floor looks AMAZING!!!!!! I like the fact that Ralph do take order over the phone since it’s quite a drive from where I live. Every time I called either to order something, have a question or to get advice, he’s always on top of it and always more than willing to explain & recommend the best option. He’s easy to work with and treat you like a family….. Very highly recommended!!!!!

I've worked in retail big box stores, and know quite a bit about flooring from that experience in addition to my own, and I have to say that Ralph, at Coastal Wood Flooring is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also very efficient, incredibly fair, and extremely helpful. I was looking to put a floating floor in my third floor apt. which has "quick crete" as a subfloor, and I knew I needed/wanted a floating floor. Ralph helped me find the best floor I've seen out there...made in Sweeden, immensely easy to install, and looks absolutely gorgeous. I've already recommended him to a neighbor, and wanted to write this review, because his service and professionalism sold me as much as the quality of the floor did. I'll be back if I EVER need wood floors or know of someone who does.

My Floors look UNBELIEVABLE!!! Coastal Wood Flooring had the greatest selection and the lowest prices. I really loved their exotic woods (which is what I got...Santos Mahogany), and the sales rep really does a good job of explaining all of the different options their are to save money on your floor and still get real hardwood flooring.

I live in Oxnard, CA. and it is almost a 2-hour drive......But we saved a lot of money and so it was definitely worth the drive down to Sun Valley, CA. Besides they deliver all over the place, so that was never an issue. Many Thumbs Up!!!!
