I have never walked into a bike shop that was all about assuring you the right bike for YOU. The gentleman was very friendly, informative, and willing to give honest advice rating the type of bike best for my uses. He was willing to fit the bike that was in the shop, exactly for me and assist me to "remember" how I used to ride a bike. (: He was overwhelmingly encouraging and supportive and kind, even when I left last year without purchasing. Today I spoke with the same gentleman again by phone, as I am now ready to commit to the purchase of my bike. I know I will enjoy this bike (the Citizen II - step through) and just know I will be treated with the same respect I encountered last year. Thank you sir.

Highly recommend. Reasonable prices. I paid $500 for a bike other shops wanted $1,000. Good service. Qualified technicians. Good stock of accessories.
