Provided by SuperpagesThe worst customer service I've had in a long time. First off, the window has a huge sign that says no appt needed, which would imply to me that I could get a haircut right away. I go in they tell me that the waiting time is 30-45 minutes. What? So I come back in 30 minutes, I still had to wait another 20 minutes. Then I decided to leave, I don't know what their system is, but it doesn't work. I will not go to another Cost Cutters anytime soon.
