Horrible experience!  This company seemed so confident at first when we came to them about making a custom engagement ring. The ring has literally fell apart before the wedding date. They refuse to stand behind their work and left us completely hanging with a worthless ring. They won't fix it or refund us our money. No warranty on their work and not a decent bone in their body to try to make it right. Do yourself a favor & find a more knowledgeable jeweler who stands behind their work.B's won't!

When my fiance and i couldn't find what we wanted, brian helped us creat a one of a kind ring for much less than what everyone else was charging for similar rings. It's nice to know that you're not getting ripped off.
