I used my credit card to pay for an extra rinse which is the equivalent of one token or $1.00 and was charged $10.00. The merchant is unreachable; the number listed appears to be a fax line. Advice: do not pay with a credit or debit card.

The foam brush scratched the paint on my new truck. I tried calling the number listed here but is seems to be a fax number. How do I contact the owner about this issue?

I used the autowash and paid $12 for their "Double Wash" Part way through the wash the green arrow came on indicating drive ahead. I complied until a RED X appeared so I stop The red X remained so I backed up no more than 4 inches and it disappeared No lights were then visible I then waited Glancing in my rear view mirror there was someone standing in the bay impatiently motioning me to move out. I slowly drove ahead and out of the bay. I then parked and noticed that same person drove to the blow dryer end of the bay got out and used an override key to activate the blow driers. I imagine it was their own car or side jobs doing detailing. I explained that I had a RED X which indicated STOP .... He acted like he had no idea, so I pointed at the box inside where the RED X was located Upon that he acted surprised yet unapologetic and repeatedly said you drive out. My next comment was I paid for the $12 wash and my car is not clean where he indicated HE DID NOT CARE Car still DIRTY!
