Our home warranty company sent this company sent this company out to fix our built in microwave. This big dude shows up, shady as heck!!! He refused to take our co-pay in the form of a check, saying he "has had too many issues with checks bouncing"... we quickly learned why!!! We paid him in cash (thankfully we were smart enough to get a receipt). He tried to talk my husband into doing a cash only side deal, without going through our home warranty. Yeah, right. RED FLAG ALERT!!! It has now been over a month, and this guy will not return our phone calls. We had to call up our home warranty company and request for a new company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
