This place is where you should go anytime you need a shoe, sandal or a boot repair....I love the work they do and its not cheesy its quality. You are guaranteed to get what you ask for with a smile.

$125 pair of boots with worn heals. I almost purchased a new pair when I happened to see this little shop in the Bealls shopping center at 10th Ave and Grand Ave. Wonderful Mom and Pop shop. Wonderful prices and you know that you are getting good work ethics due to detail in the questions and care to make sure it's done correctly. $25 for the fix saved me $100. Just dropped off my second pair I just happen to have kept in the closet and now another $25 spent saved me another $100. I recommend them for shoe repair. Alterations I haven't tried yet, but might soon.

I found this Grand Avenue Leather & Shoe store on the website and had very good experience. My first visit: my daughter’s fairly new ballet slippers’ bottom of the leather stitches worn out. Even thought I know how to saw, this job need professional care.He did better and smaller stitches then the ballet shoe manufacture’s stitches, reasonable service fee too.Second visit: This time is ballet pointe shoe, brand new, ballet teacher told me to cut off the hill side shanks. I can lift inside pointe shoe and cut it off. If I did, when my daughter wears hill side will be down, not supporting … I did think of Grand Avenue Leather & Shoe store right away. He told me what he going to do; after cut off the part of the shank same size, same place, he will put proper sponge as cushion. He did very good job, looks good as new and replaced part is firm and comfy. Ballet teacher proven my daughter’s pointe shoe and she is one of happy dancer. I will highly recommend to any one this Grand Avenue
