If you show respect to them and speak in a polite tone of voice you will be satisfied with the service. Dont walk in there all loud and ghetto laughing with your friends. Act accordingly and you will treated that way.

Went to Top Nails on 5/19 and three days later all the polish was peeling off of my nail. I decided to go back to them to tell them what was going on. They look at me like I was crazy and said that the oil from my nails cause the polish to peel off. I was like how could that be I get my nails done every two weeks and this has never happen to me. By the way this was my first time going to this place could not go to my regular place because they was short of people. I spent over $40 dollars plus a $5 dollar tip – I got a pedicure too – and he said that they could not do anything for me and that I would have to pay to get them done again. He was nasty and the day I went in there they were fussing back and forth with each other. I am truly unset and they will not be getting any of my business any more.
