After getting a quote from them, It took over 2 months and numerous phone calls to them before they came out and did the work. The work they did was good but they only did half the job. After several more calls, they told me they had not done any work for me and I must have called someone else even though I had a receipt to prove it. They then got very rude on the phone, tried to double the price of what was originally quoted and told me they didn't know when they could finish the job and it "wasn't like I paid them for it to begin with"

They knew what they were doing came and worked great as a team however they left roots they come back to get the roots and left a stump and am still waiting while its been a week tomorrow for them to come get the stump but they are going to charge me when he said they would get it when they came to get roots.



The guy wanted to act like he didn't hear me or I didn't tell him about the stump which I did and he said he remembered me talking about it.



So service was great but I don't think I will use them anymore
