I had issues with my heater. I called and got a live person (yeah), and they came out within 2 hours. Even though the tech, whom was very courteous, could not identify the problem during the first visit (it wasn't happening then, of course), he came out again as soon as the issue presented itself once more with no problem. He got it taken care off that time, and I even signed up for the yearly "Super Service Club" deal they have. Rates are reasonable and in line with the local economy. I would definitely recommend them.

When I need work done on my air I will always call Hatfield, you guys do a great job, keep up the good work.

Garrett did a wonderful job of checking out our system. He was very thorough- in the hot attic as well as here in the house. He had on booties to keep any dirt off the carpet. All in All I was extremely pleased.

I deeply appreciate the technicians and managers concern, courtesy, and provision in seeing that we were provided with heat while waiting for a part to repair my furnace in Nov.2007. I wanted to let you know again how pleased we are with the new unit and ductwork your company installed for us in June. We have been comfortable all summer, in spite of the record-setting heat we've had. As I mentioned to you when the work was being done, the members of your staff who installed the new equipment could not have been more pleasant to deal with, especially Mark Amerson. He kept us informed as to the progress of the work accomplished each day, but, most importantly, always maintained a neat work site and had everything completely cleaned up and tidily stored when they stopped work for the day. His partner George was also very agreeable and peasant to have working on our home. They are both assets to your company.



Perhaps the most important result of the work you did for us is the remarkable drop in our electric bill. You told us that it would be significant, but we never realized that it would be dramatically so during this unusually hot summer season. It is really an added plus.
