VISA Tree Service is AMAZING!! Five Stars Plus! Great correspondence, appointments on time, integrity, responsible workers; it’s all here! I have been dealing with VISA for the past six years; and they never disappoint. Over the years they have done extensive landscaping on our property, taken down three trees; the last was a decayed 100 year old walnut tree, 85 feet high and 62 inches in diameter. (They made short work of it!) The long and short of it is; that after you have VISA one time, you will never need to consult multiple companies again when you require this kind of work.

I definitely recommend Visa! They are very professional and Carlos is very polite. They did a great job with my Trees and for a great price! Would definitely use them again if I need to!

Visa was super responsive, had a quick turn around time, and beyond friendly. They did a job, huge one, on my property that I never thought could be possible. Some of the removals they did with this crazy crane and others were done by hand. The owners and crew were tough, hard working, polite, and so nice. I couldn't help but to offer them iced tea and cookies. Everything that we spoke about, everything on the estimate, was done to the T and done perfectly. They even went above and beyond and blew my roof clean! Super happy with this family business. It won't be the last time I will be seeing them. Thanks Crew!

I cannot recommend this company. They have done tree work for us before and iy was fine but this time it was a disaster. I met with Carlos to discuss a Spring clean up. I told him specifically to only remove the leaves from the garden beds and mulch them. He was not to trim any bushes or plants. He seemed to understand but I returned home to find that nearly all of my perennials had been pulled out and that my bushes had been butchered. My garden is gone. My shrubs look like meatballs. Carlos admitted that his men shouldn't have done that but he did not offer to replace any plants and is not returning my phone calls. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! I have worked hard on my garden for the last 19 years and it is gone because Carlos didn't communicate the job to his workers. They replaced some grass and that was fine so they get 1 star. For the clean up they deserve negative 5 stars. They destroyed my property.

Tree Cutter urinated on the beige siding of my house in 92 degree weather Reasonably priced and good clean up but unprofessional staff. Homeowner observed tree cutter urinating on the siding of his house while the homeowner was outside. A complete disregard for my property. Carlos and his father only offer to clean the area and would not offer any other compensation. I will not recommend or use their services again. Very disappointing for a business that has been in service for over 20 years; you would expect a higher level of professionalism.

Visa Tree Service was recommended to me by my father and I have used them twice and will continue to call them for any tree service needs. This family owned business is a great team. They are honest, hard working and professional. I recommend them for anyone who needs tree service at a fair price and done right.

If you hire Visa/Carlos to take trees down or especially to 'trim' your trees, make sure you question everything BEFORE signing any contract with them or they will screw you and say it's not in the contract. For example, only one side of a tree on my property was trimmed?? What is THAT? When I contracted to have my trees trimmed, I counted on the WHOLE tree. Visa was unwilling to 'complete' the job I thought I had contracted for ( thank goodness I held money back). Very Unprofessional. In fact, I was appalled at how rude Carlos SR. was. Did not even try to rectify my complaint. Extremely disappointing, when I was trying to support a local business. I wish I had a heads up of their business practices, please take what I have written and protect yourself.

Carlos and his team has done multiple jobs for me, including removing a huge dying maple in my front yard. They do a fine job for a very reasonable price. They are courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

Great at what they do. Awesome seriveces done at my property. Hard workers. Especially like the classic old tactics they use, very original company.
