I am a 21 year old mother. I moved out here, because it it was affordable and nice looking. I can tolerate the parties, the music. However the problem is the thugs that stand outside and smoke, sale drugs, and drink right outside my apartment in the middle of the night. Broken beer bottles on the playground, and parking lot. My car tried to stolen, as well as one of my neighbors car. Not to mention for my two bedroom apartment, my light bill is 287 a month. I wash three loads of cloths a week and do not run my dishwasher, I believe it is due to the ac unit that , the management and maintanace refusses to fix. They replace the freon in the unit @ least twice a week. They put a bandaid on everything, rather then fix it!!! I can not wait til my lease expires!!!
