My Mother has lived here for several years. Very much a 5 star rating for the first couple years. However there has been a dramatic downturn in amenities, food and now cleanliness. The current manager seems not to be concerned about the infestation of roaches hitting the Estates. Three apartments near my Mother have been complaining about roaches for over a month. Now I am told they are crawling on her walls as well.
Time to search for a different facility. I advise you to as well.
