I would give this place a 5 based on their accomodating of my strict dietary needs and their wonderful wait staff, but really loving ribs the way I do, I would say their ribs are just very good not great, a little dried out. But still their food overall was really very good, very affordable and a fantastic place to go to especially with a family. The reason I rate it an informal 5 is because of this: I have a very strict low salt diet but I love my ribs, so I can only make them at home; and what's beautiful about the way they cook them is that they basically smoke them without any seasoning and then add it afterwards. So I asked them just to give me just the ribs themselves to which I could add just a small amount of the sauce afterwards the way I want. They have a mustard BBQ sauce which is the lowest in sodium and is really wonderful. Coleslaw, potato salad with egg bits, sweet potato casserole were all wonderful accompaniments .
