Bought a $500 LG range they told me it was 5 years old. It worked for two weeks and then the oven stopped working. They came out to look at it but when the guy came it intermittently worked. He said that I was "pushing" the button wrong and it was my fault that it was not working. It remained intermittent for the next couple of months and then quit for good. They came out, did nothing, and said they would call me soon. They did not call. I called the company after a week of waiting. They owner said he would try to find a part and would call me on Monday. Once again, he did not call so I called them after another 9 days of waiting. The service person informed me that this was a 2002 model and that no parts were available. (I would not have bought a 16 year old range much less paid $500 for one.) She then informed me that the the owner had not called because he was very busy and was only looking into the part for me out of the goodness of his heart. REALLY.!! Lets Review
1, They sold me a 16 year old range for $500 they said was 5 years old.
2. They avoided the repair issue while it was under warranty by blaming the problem on me.
3. When the problem became permanent they looked at it and said they would bet back to me,they did not. I had to call them after a week of waiting.
4. After calling again I talked to the owner and he said he would get back to me on Monday with an answer. He did not. A full 9 days went by without a call so I called Preferred Appliance, AGAIN!.
5. They lady that answered could not find the paperwork from the last service call. I told her of my conversation with the owner 9 days ago. She told me that he was "very busy" and was only looking for a part "out of the goodness of his heart". REALLY??

That's when I knew they never had any intention of helping me from the very beginning. They got their money on a misrepresented product, avoided the warranty and moved on. Well so am I. Don't guy buy anything from these guys.

Personable employees, prompt, very thorough and reasonably priced! Knowledgeable and willing to explain everything. I would not hesitate to call this company again.

WOW! I cant believe all the kinds and brands of appliances in this store. I needed a washer and dryer for my new place, and even got a garage fridge! They brought them the same evening. Best deal I got in a long time.

Thanks so much for fixing my dryer so fast. It is so hard carriying that wet laundry to the laundry mat. I was so glad it was simple, just the heating element, and not a big deal. They were in and out, and everyone was very nice to me. Maybe I can get a new set from y'all one day. I sure wont go any place else. Thanks again!

Top notch folks! They treated me like family. They are down to earth honest people and I will definitely continue to do my business with them. They repaired my washer last week and from the phone call to the price I paid I was happy. Im so glad we have nice folks like these running businesses in the low country.

You hear all this and that from the appliance places during tax season like people just got all that extra money to buy whatever with. Its still earned income and I needed a new washer. The big brand stores had sales but was still too expensive for me. My aunt said to try here. Taylor was so helpful and I picked out the one that matched my dryer. Im so glad I went to Preferred Appliance. It would have been such a waste of time and money anywhere else. Another smiling face in the Howard family!

My stove literally died! I cook all our meals at home and we are on a budget. I spent an entire day looking for a stove we could afford. I started thinking I would never be able to get a replacement, then my cousin mentioned Preferred Appliance Sales and Service. I spent a few minutes with Taylor and found one! Our family is back around the dinner table and we didnt break our budget! We might even be getting a fridge soon! You guys are great!

These guys really did a great job! My moms love her new stove and she cookin my favorite food again. Thanks guys from all of us at the Wiggins house. We told all our friends and fam that yall are first class all the way!

As a new mom, I didn't know what to do when the dishwasher in my house quit working. I called around and found places that were either to expensive or couldn't get me scheduled for days or even a week. My neighbor recommended the Preferred Appliance Repair and Sales guys off Bacons Bridge and said she had a great experience with them. I called and they were able to come the very next morning!!! Thanks guys!! My kitchen is now back in order and I feel better knowing my dishes are sanitized for little Joey! Their number is now part of the fridge artwork in our house!
