I was driving by and saw a sign that read Phoebe's Soul Food. i had to stop to see if it could possibly be true and it was! I didn't have time to eat but took a menu and talked to a real nice young lady. When i asked she said yes i will be able to get fired chicken livers there, Lord about fainted! If this place really serves authentic homemade Southern Soul Food then they will be packed every night!
