Provided by YP.comI reserved a compact car days in advance & was told that my insurance co-pay of 20% for a length of 20 days would be $69.00. KEY WORD: RESERVED A COMPACT CAR ! When I went to pick it up they had no compacts available & charged me a co-pay of $149.00 for an SUV. Reservations don't mean squat to these people. I truely believe this is a scam they are running to make more money. Shame on you Hertz!
