This is not a professional Florist at all. I ordered a bouquet on line for my wife through a secondary online provider. The value of what I ordered was $59.99. What showed up was worth about $10 as it was cheap carnations and a few miniature roses garnished with as much cheap greenery they could add. When I called them they said they "did the best they could" with the amount of money the internet site gave them which was $59.99. They said I have to understand that they have to pay their drivers and cover delivery fees etc. Well that was all added to the price I paid. My total bill was well over $70 and I got a piece of garbage for a bouquet. Well, I called the internet provider and she called GoldBerry's to make sure they delivered a 2nd bouquet that was worth the value I paid for. After, 6 hours the driver showed up with basically the same garbage in a taller vase. And then proceeded to tell me next time to just call them directly to order and not use the online service (which they choose to participate in). IT WAS THEN that I quickly figured out that they use the online service to rip people off who may be ordering while they are out of town. Not cool! DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!
