They are horrible at contacting you about issues with your medicine in stock or when to pick up. Not only that wait times are long and customer service sucks. I actually had one of there pharmacy techs hit on me while my wife was sitting down waiting for me with my child. She said I was cute and don't take this the wrong way but I had really nice arms. The straw that broke the camels back they waited 5 days to contact my doctor to have him do a authorization for my insurance. After telling me 3 days in a row they already had. I called my doctor everyday they lied. Go the extra mile or two to Walgreens this CVS is poorly ran and is worse then a Walmart pharmacy.
