I am a previous tenant . I lived here for a little over 6 years. To be honest I should've been evicted for breaking rules but because of the great staff members Vanessa and Derrick I was able to keep a roof over me & my kids head. Let me say this by far hands down this is one of the best low income apartments in SC. Ride thru some others tell me what you see going on .. .not in Canebreak no ma'am very well kept inside and outside you would never know they were low income because of how Vanessa manages the property (very well I might add) I look at the staff like family ,my mom still lives there and she loves it by the way she's 70 and you know old people will not tolerate mess so that should tell u something.I actually considered moving back if they had washer dryer hook ups lol. Love you guys keep doing what u do 😊😊😊😊

This is by far the worst apartment complex I ever encountered. They are very discriminating. Vanessa has a very nasty attitude and doesnt care about peoples feeling or situation. Shes a great liar. They claim they have rules but only enforce those rules on certain tenants(the blacks). I wouldnt recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE. Not even a homeless person on the streets. If they have different management maybe. But STILL Worst place I ever stayed. Ive been harassed by their management since I moved in. They are very combative and not understanding AT ALL. Anyone who has actually lived here(and not the fake reviews they post to make it look like a good place) knows how terrible it is to reside here and how terrible their management is. Ive even asked for the regional management number to make a complaint twice in two different scenarios and Vanessa REFUSED to provide me with the number. I had to google for the number just to get it. Im pretty sure this isnt the first complaint about these awful people and the apartment complex and it wont be the last.
