What a Nightmare!
They charged me more than what I was quoted by a technician via telephone after the work was already done. No one could provide answers on why there was a price difference between what I was quoted and what I was charged. A new hard drive in a laptop should not have cost $239!
$35.00 Diagnostic fee, $64 for the hard drive, and $140 in labor (which did NOT include installing windows & all the drivers)
So what was all included in that labor cost other than swapping out the hard drive?? I’m not sure and NO ONE will tell me. I called Don Rucker at the number he posted on another review and guess what – HE DIDN’T CALL BACK! We all know I was over charged – but I needed the computer back, and since I couldn’t get any answers I had no choice but to pay it.
I would stay as far away from this company as possible, they have no customer service, they have no posted fee’s, they do not care about their customers! From what I understand it is their company policy that if a customer doesn’t pay within 5 minutes from them entering the store, they can leave. If you have to use them my advice to you is GET IT ALL IN WRITING!
